Synopsis :

Terdapat sebuah toko atau video game yang menggunakan koin yang dicintai anak-anak. Ketika siang hari diisi suasana dengan kerumunan anak-anak, sementara pada malam hari suasana menjadi tenang karena toko tutup. Tapi jangan heran jika ternyata ada karakter dalam video game dapat hidup dan berbicara satu sama lain pada saat took ditutup. Mereka memiliki komunitas mereka sendiri sesuai dengan judul game. Seperti halnya video game yang disebut Fix-It Felix, Jr, pada malam hari mereka merayakan keberhasilan Si Felix (suara Jack McBrayer) yang menjadi pahlawan. Dia tinggal di sebuah rumah mewah dan kadang-kadang membuat pesta bersama teman-teman dan tetangganya (dari game lain). Sebaliknya Si Perusak Ralph (disuarakan oleh John C. Reilly) yang selalu dikalahkan oleh Felix dan dibuang ke dalam kolam tinggal di bata darurat. Ralph merasa iri dengan kondisi Felix dan ingin diperlakukan sama seperti pahlawan karena ia sudah 30 tahun ia berperan sebagai penjahat. Untuk itu di sebuah pesta, Ralph yang dating tak diundang membuat kekacauan. Dan pada akhirnya ia ditantang untuk bisa mendapatkan medali, jika ia mampu maka ia berhak untuk tinggal di PentHouse.
